Hmm...yeah, that really strange, STOCKPICKER4LIFE was able to buy electronically with TDA, however, most of the rest of us can not, don't know what make of that.

I have slipped a buy through on a DTC chilled ticker before with TDA, but it only happened on the first day of trading.

Of course, I don't know if its DTC chilled, I'm just speculating, will have to contact TDA and see what the deal is.
