It didn't sound like they needed new contracts to reach that goal and they don't announce every new contract. They never announced Berry Petroleum, or CAT, both of which are highlighted on their temporary website.

CloudCommerce, Inc. (CLWD), a leading provider of digital advertising solutions, today announced that it now expects 2020 full year revenue to exceed $14 million and net operating income to exceed $1 million. Management’s confidence to provide guidance was driven primarily by contracted revenue from its existing client base and new clients added within the last few months.


To meet those numbers they will need the last 2 quarters to be around 4.4 million, which is more than the current market cap.

I doubt we are going to get any news until private negotiations regarding the Reg A+ are completed. After that, we will likely see a floodgate open up in an attempt to complete the offering.
