Think about this for a moment. What if kiln is there in early August and you had no dilution but you didn't hear anything re funding? We all know they need the funding for step 2 completion. Imagine months go by nothing on funding but the share count remains the same. I know Cart saying and doing are two different things I agree but would rather them be in process of a 5 million funding plan than no plan at all. My bet and am buying is because the kiln is there and imo they will get the funding. I dont think the pps will be the same if indeed they do because the market is usually forward looking. So to me if they do get it the market may absorb that announcement as ok this funding takes us to step 3 hurdle and pps reacts accordingly. Lets see what happens but again rather increase in outstanding and in process funding than stagnant outstanding and silence on the funding front. Glta
