Totally agree.

However we still need to vote NO on the compensation plan they have proposed for themselves. I find it a bit offensive when the try to grab 85M shares out of the new authorization of 100M shares. Those shares were to be used to fund clinical trials and capital requirements for uplisting. I feel like they have pulled a bait and switch on us.
