The votes of shareholders in these crap stocks mean nothing. Majority shares always owned by management and they always get what they want.
Who on this planet, knowing this company, owning shares of this stock, would EVER vote for the incentive plan? That shows direct indifference for shareholders and a major slap in the face. I find that harder to digest than the R/S, since R/S's are more the norm in pink sheets than not. As a shareholder I say, "what have you done for us lately" and they pat themselves on the back and say job well done and "F" the shareholder, and double "F" them with no reduction in the number of authorized shares.
