UAMA a fraud from beginning to end!

1) According to Canadian Press, Benoit Laliberte, CEO, CFO of UAMA is a convicted criminal who ordinarily would have gone to jail but for lax law at the time in the Province of Quebec,

2) Look back and see the underlying behaviour that got Mr. Laliberte in trouble back in 2008-2009 continues to this day. Pumped up Press Releases designed only to convey a picture of a successful business were and are the norm here. Go back and take score of how many never even came close to materializing.

3) Patents and patent pending touted though no evidence that any inventions ever created any licencing revenue. That suggests they were and are junk. Items like iPCS of which much was made were never productized and no record of any carrier committed to beta trial. So just more fraud. Big expansive press releases without substance. BSBB!

4) Patent litigation was a farce! Never got any traction and a total waste of UAMA resources.

5) Spurned potential with TNW Wireless Inc. after purchase of RuralCom Corporation. Record clearly shows RuralCom had roaming agreements and CEO, at the time, had ready access to capital. Instead Benoit Laliberte decided to revert to his ego in the process alienating TNW Wireless from the wireless carrier community in Canada and making it the laughing stock of the Industry.

6) Laliberte and his ego led to the $47M bankruptcy of Navigata-Westel their largest brick and mortar telecom operation. In the process of those proceedings he managed to find himself on the hook for over $1M in unpaid employee withholdings to CRA. Further he made a written threat to an Officer of the Court in those same proceedings.

Today Laliberte has few, if any, employees, and can't raise capital. Expect UAMA to get delisted just like Inelco and Teliphone were a few years back.

For the record Mr. Laliberte has never built a business of enduring value.
