2nd look: in the bot tweets going on at twitter recently for #accredited #investors et all, $TXTM is the heading on the tweet, and the Protext logo is the image tweeted!!! That didn't really register for me till now.

The JV may essentially be $TXTM and vice versa, but with rsa assets thrown in, such as the big off-take. Maybe the series d shares released by RD (according to an earlier tweet) comprise the shares to be granted private investors in exchange for $ (or new issued shares in their place; same difference.) In this scenario, shares would surely be offered to investors at a significant premium to the current price imo. Could wake up one day w update released and stock jumps right up to near the new value. The update coming is probably an iteration of the JV info to be used to explain the JV to potential investors, which will be necessary.

All guesswork on my part. perhaps someone who understands jvs and stock structure better that I could comment. But I like this view.
