The buying and selling of shares at the same value to create the appearance of a decline or continued dilution is what's going on here... it's really not complicated cuz all throughout the OTC the other option is some that have free shares from the the spike in August are dumping trying to get the share price back down to 0 0 0 1... With 3 Strikes aint happening
