What is the use of corrupt lawmakers set out to subvert the foundations of law itself? That's the original sin of this saga. Then there's been a lack of backbone displayed by the Judiciary while dealing with challenges to flawed legislation as opposed to being fooled IMO. Lack of backbone and/or corruption in the lower courts is the reason all parties find themselves on the Supreme Courts docket today. If we Law Schools can install backbones and de-corrupte their students then by all means send them back. Otherwise, it's time to pull the weeds
