Naked short shares sold due to gncp dark and no filer for years .
Those shares need to be bought back at market prices . When the divvy is announced those shares will be forced to cover by law to issue the dividends.
A group of us have approx 8 billion shares and won’t sell for less than “a buck a share “
The mms will be forced to pay it or be prosecuted !
