Team,
A Brief Q & A session with Jeff today:

I'm greatly excited to share this with you! I've been getting quite a few questions over the last few weeks so I compiled these and emailed them off to Jeff. He was most happy to respond and wanted to share them with you here. Enjoy!

Q. They had an Instagram post for Beckett’s saying Global Ambitions. What is the next market they are hoping to enter and has any groundwork been laid? Timing for that move also?
A. Our social media team posted that without clearing it, though it’s true that Beckett’s can be sold pretty much anywhere globally because it neither has alcohol nor cannabis. However right now US and Canada (both nationally) are the focus.

Q. When do they plan to release copack news? Is there still a robust pipeline of copacking clients? 3 signed up?
A. Very robust pipeline. Shortly after commissioning is done we’ll be able to consummate these agreements and announce them, as previously press-released.

Q. How long is the estimated time for the commissioning process? Surely the facility will be fully commissioned by the end of the month?
A. Likely another week or two, including production of sellable products.

Q. Was product on hand already for the Beckett's trials or did it have to be produced? How long do the trials go on for? When would product be available in Canada?
A. It was entirely new product produced in the USA for the Beckett’s trials. Aiming to produce in Canada in the next 6 weeks.

Q. How long before Amazon and Walmart are good to go? When would we see Bevmo take replacement product?
A. Amazon and Walmart within a few weeks. Not sure about BevMo.

Q. What kinds of stores do we have lined up to sell Beckett's in Canada?
A. Premium grocers and some specialty stores. We’ll need to prove demand in these types of stores to start. Our relationships from our days at Cott will assist with larger chains, but the smaller chains are where we’ll start.

Q. Is Level Up ready to bottle now, just waiting for license, or if, once the license is received, will there be other hurdles? Can we use other avenues to speed this process up?
A. The recent press release showed their production deadlines. If they miss then we have other options which we may or may not decide to use. The Health Canada packages and ingredients be transferred to other bottlers immediately if needed.

Q. Is it shelf life doing all of the Tinley's rollout or do individual dispensaries reach out or are there other avenues?
A. Tinley has its own sales team that assists Shelf Life’s sales team. We get inbound interest from dispensaries as well. We produced enough Beckett’s to supply all the chains and online stores simultaneously.

Q. Do you know/ have you ever asked if Tinley has or will release the specific terpine breakdown of what pineapple jack is?.. this is why i ask, for me personally i dont do well with heavy sativas because i some anxiety that i deal with, but i do very well with hybrids and sativas that have a decent amount of B-Myrcene.. im just curious if they would ever release even a general idea of the main terpenes that their pineapple jack has, most reviews of pineapple jack do say it has decent levels of B-Myrcene and Limonene which i like
A. The Pineapple Jack constituent terpenes are proprietary and we won’t ever release it. The terpene and cannabinoid profile of Pineapple Jack can probably be found online, though there are variations.

Q. Have been in discussions with any of the big 5 MSOs for formulation/copacking, and how many negotiations with restaurant supply companies might be coming along for Beckett’s (or any other on premise consumption leads)?
A. The co-packing pipeline is entirely existing cannabis brands and existing mainstream beverage brands with demonstrable sales histories. Rick has been negotiating with restaurant chains and on premises distributors for Beckett’s. The pieces will all fall into place after the next round of grocery stores launch for Beckett’s and as commissioning is complete for Tinley’s.

Q. Have any copacking products been produced during commissioning?
A. No, just Tinley’s products.

Q. What will our products in Canada look like from a thc mg per serving? 2.5, 5, 10?
A. Both will have lower potency than in California, given consumers in Canada seem to want lower doses, plus Health Canada caps at 10mg.

Lastly, I often do get messages from holders thanking Jeff and the team. I do share these with Jeff and he is greatly appreciative of the kind words and support.
Always happy to chat!
