According to the 10Q, the company can operate with what they have until Aug 2021 before funds ran out. So he better do something to get this company moving ASAP. Drawing another note of $500,000.00 at this time is not necessary .


We have therefore concluded there is substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern through August 2021.
