Stockholders have not received any updates

People that invest money in a company should not have to go looking and begging for information. Management refuses to honor their fiduciary duties. They are to be held accountable for their lack of transparency.

They are the ones that took the NMGX public and solicited investment money.

If you buy a car and it turns out to be a lemon would you say, "They are very smart people with lots of money, it is my bad luck that I got a stinker, it should NOT be a reason to hold the company liable.

This seems to be the recurring theme with some of the comments I read on this board. But, in todays society it seems to be the new normal.
