Someone messaged me to check the board out.
I have not heard from Dan in a while. Originally his intent was to raise money for BYZN, do some deals which would build the market cap and I believe at least attempt to get ImpactPPA and WSTI out of the fire. But to do that he needed to raise some money (not sure if that got done).
Even if he did raise money, it would not be enough initially to clean up WSTI. Though he might have more leverage now as any creditors cannot really get anything.
I would think any deal would be some kind of stock swap which might dilute us a lot but we have a zero price, delisted stock now so anything is better than nothing.
Regardless of the posts I just read that someone posted below I still think this is all a very long shot.
