UAMA dead but SEC, other legal actions continue!

UAMA made fraudulent misrepresentations in SEC filings and activity continues on this front. Fully expect that the SEC will follow action as per Brooks in identical case. An identical verdict would impose a substantial fine on Mr. Laliberte and ban him from any further involvement in any US public company. Who knows, maybe even the potential for further charges based on his earlier convictions in Quebec and repeat offender.

Whistleblower retaliation a matter of fact now and litigation being pursued to bring complaint before US Federal Court.

BC Supreme Court complaint for breach of employment agreement continues. Simple case and expect court will uphold agreement and claims.

Mr. Laliberte has been an undischarged bankrupt in Canada for over a decade. However, that won't protect him from criminal prosecution.
