Hi All;

So it appears the Govt did exactly what it wanted to do as is my experience with them. My second guess is that TMPS or whoever holds those planes will also get something. The fact that the contract is sole source also indicates the Government is not happy about the protest process that occurred.

I intend to send another message to the TMPS "principles" and lawyers. The next step which I was going to take was to request an investigation into TMPS by the relevant authorities. However before I do this I wanted to get the take from the cooperative members on this board. What do you think in terms of timing and action?

Once I get some idea from the people (you) who actually are involved, considerate and objective I will move forward. There are several authorities that we can use for the complaints and actions. Further if I generate these complaints I would like to do that as a coordinated group, not just a onesie and twosie in a random manner.

Please tell me what you think and I would like to hear all recommendations from members of good will in this forum. We can continue to speculate but my opinion is that we should move forward with the complaint process immediately.
