Shareholders would need to approve that, correct? But, alas, it's not on the list of items for next Wednesday's vote and annual SH meeting.
My assumption, is that if it were something being considered or even an option they desire to have in the back pocket, it would be on the list for votes....
But, who knows what these guys really have in their back pockets....we SH's sure don't seem to know.
I'm optimistic that since it hasn't been brought up by Nader this year, he knows it won't be needed.
