not going to do a damn thing with this ticker in the near term, then why not get out of the way?



There are valuable startups that exist as subsidiaries of ADIA and there is important work being done. Maybe it makes no sense to try to promote those things using the ADIA ticker. My plan before was to change the corporate name and ticker before beginning to promote the company actively, or to let Livewire Ergogenics finish the spin-off of Homeland Forensics as a new corporation formed in Washington, DC and to obtain a separate ticker for that company and for our public startups.

Marketing tech startups with a nutrition brand is difficult. When I got organic traction with some of this work and members of the press interviewed me, previously, they ended up writing about me as the CEO of a nutrition company. Attracting new backers under those circumstances was nearly impossible, but I was successful anyway.

What you mean by "get out of the way" is "take all the value of the existing business away from you and the other ADIA shareholders and use it to enrich myself and my new investors instead."
