That's complicated, and to some extent you're asking me to speculate about things that didn't involve me. My belief is that the only thing the custodian did do was send a notice to the former resident agent service in Nevada.

My phone number is still the phone number listed as contact number for ADIA on the OTC Markets website and in our SEC filings, and I do know that nobody ever called that number trying to reach Bill Hodson. We can draw some conclusions from that fact, or not.
