The facts speak for themselves. When a lawyer says repeatedly that something is going to happen in weeks and it doesn't happen, that's strange, but not as strange as the lawyer promising the court that the currently-operating business and its director will be kept informed so the necessary shareholder vote at the shareholder meeting can be cast. I think the word "misled" might be a bit too strong in this case, but things have certainly not transpired so far in the manner the custodian intended. They made a mistake believing they could hijack ADIA and they will go away now without expensive and complicated legal action against them, I believe.
