One can’t overlook the fact of how it got to this position in the first place. A competent CEO has a job to do, the Registration is the most basic of those responsibilities, pointing it out and his failures in the past is completely relevant to where the ticker is today.

Overlooking that, glossing it over, pretending it isn’t a big deal....
