As time passed we found out it was not selling anything new on market or even involving geo because that was a solid co..
The sales contracts for that were there for that co.
New co, Why take it public it was full with contracts.?
The exact opposite of the stcky about what's going on inferred..
So th new co we get has to begin to look for busn that was not in geo after many years of already doing busn. Dividend plan was form 144 to hold shares, As it goes hold on as the pps on dollars is whittled down ? Huh
Except for shares before the date specified leaving a situation where its a divided deal.

why not spend the coming year just hokding and watch trying to get support where companies in busn for years work to hold up a pps,, while holding and hoping .for the new busn that was not already in geo..

The two ceo's expanded the stock so one had like 500M and the prev , ceo barron like 400M., nearly a billion

When the CFO who was a licensed person ,left suddenly resigning effective day of announcing in 8k .
It was explained as she was upset with management previous ? Hmm or Huh .. you choose..
At that bids dropped until barely above.. no bid ..

Did the new ceo get a fresh clean shell ..or for whatever reason worked it out for old ceo. Barron to get the very best of new and old shareholders (who had lost all value ) while he found a new way to profit on this deal .. good for him ..
and end up with like 400 mil shares and that must have been a deal made boy..vs buying a clean shell as ppl do getting onto the otc, not shady ? guess not.
