On what basis should the common stock go up? C-Ship rock solid, NWS only paused not ended, SCOTUS is likely not going to help, best case these cases get remanded back to lower court, worst case they say the NWS was done legally and correctly. If you recall, all of the legal eagles kept saying SCOTUS won't hear this case, yet Mnuchin burned a path to their door after en banc ruling...ever wonder why?
