While there are definitely some issues the CEO could have/should have handled better, your post reads like a person with zero experience investing in pre revenue biotechs...

They are very risky, unstable, have no money, constantly have to raise, have to pump to keep price per share up (so they can raise), and the list goes on and on..

They are high risk/reward. With an approval you may get rich. Without one, you may lose everything...

In a pre revenue biotech everything is against the company and the percentage that succeed vs failure is not in their favor.

If you can’t stomach those facts then pre revenue bio isn’t for you. I’d encourage you to stop by the message boards of other pre revenue biotechs and read the posts... you would think they are all the same company run by the same CEO
