$HTSC - must be kidding...they announced an agreement to acquire the rights to mine the property and they should be mining two weeks later? Mining is a process and it will take time to go through that process.

Maybe some searches on the process and requirements to begin a mine. it's regulated and it takes time. If anyone thought it was going to be producing nickel, two weeks after the announcement, then that was a failure of DD, not of the company.
