I would think shareholders are running out of confidence and patience. And just look at how bad their last software venture was. So bad they were pushing touchscreen restroom display faucets that utilized a crypto wallet for rewards Rio watch ads. This company is ridiculous. The only thing they gave going for them is audited books so they could pull of this reverse merger. Shareholders continue to hold and get screwed. Guarantee first bitcoin will dilute legacy mcig shareholders before this is over. Probably through a reverse split.
