for me...

the S1 is VERY time consuming...and expensive.

The ONLY reason to do this is to grow the co in a big way and for the long term

The deals and activity referenced in many previous releases are still brewing IMO

I expect that once the S1 is done we will see quite a bit of activity ++

Of course they could come out with a whimper...but i'm betting not.
