I have defended NPs slips in cc’s etc as attributable to his language ability, but I am concerned about the deceptive way the 100 million share increase was rolled out and the non request for EUA. But I think most critical problem is the lack of performance by Amarek. It took three failures before they finally proclaimed that they now know what FDA wanted in the BLA. NP also stated that Amarek was not able to continue robust recruiting for S/C trial because they were working on the data filing. We need a CRO with the ability to do two things at once.
