Bingo! But not clear that the company is selling shares illegally following dissolution. If ignorant traders and investors want to buy and sell shares in a company that has been dissolved/revoked, don't think there is anything that prohibits that.

the company has been Dissolved/Revoked in Wyoming so they are selling shares illegally.
