I agree. Not a stock pump at all and not stalling. IMO they are waiting on large off take deal to announce with JV news. What ever it is , it’s big and it’s new. Probably something RSAMMD had been working on and came through right in time. It’s why they planned to announce and then paused. Likely large funding where banking rules apply. My thought... hold your shares tightly. And if you don’t have all there shares you need better get them now. It may be boring now, but it’s going to light up soon. It could be any day. Go TXTM/RSAMMD $$$
