living- remember take it from me, big d gets rock solid info and it is his choice whether he share it or not, i know a lot of people who get great info and do great dd and keep it to themselves, anybody who says i was "hiding" is very wrong, iwas "working" on this deal and 2 others and am in the process of making plans for my wedding, so posting on the message board was not my top priority, now that i have finished with one of the deals i will have a little more time, beleive me i am not hiding, i gave a select group of posters who i had a good feeling about my phone number, email etc. i dont hide, only from my parents and girlfriend sometimes
