So he couldn’t run a public company

The majority shareholder wanted Adia Nutrition sold to Livewire, and Bill Hodson promised to finish the work including the spin-off of Homeland Forensics, Inc. which the majority shareholder was obligated to do himself if he wanted to retain his majority share.

Why didn't Bill finish that work? Nobody knows. It's a mystery.
