sadly I did not see that before you mentioned. got out of my full position .88 up to .91 for a .06 loss.

I don't like the news for many reasons. Sure they get to hoard cash but the whole premise of their facility in NV is out the window.

"By the way guys, we couldn't set up a profitable and running facility when we were borrowing $$.. Now that we have a huge pile from an insurance payout... we aren't about to put it back into what turned out to be a bad idea"

maybe I'm being cynical, but that's the message I get.

perhaps there is a hidden bit of good news in there but for me it just adds further to the uncertainty that this company always seemed to court.


Maybe Johnson Controls is now going to open up and take this opportunity to build their own plant. who knows.

maybe they'll put out a BS PR and pump it..
