Since the insiders control the majority of the shares, I never even bother to vote (since it carries no weight). Also, when they said the "majority", in translation...it means THEM (insiders). Legally, we small share holders can do nothing because they are the majority. Anyhow, I have already written this suck off and don't expect anything in return. I wish them luck and hope they all crash and burn in hell for stealing our hard earned cash.
