Not really anyone in particular. What I have found that works on just plugging in the couple tickers that are moving huge premarket and looking at the latest tweets. Within those tweets people are also mentioning other tickers that are starting to move and when one of them starts getting a lot of tweets it seems they start running. Twitter seems to have a lot of influence over moving these small cap NASDAQ tickers. This week's big ones were SPI, SUNW, JE, CBAT, PECK AND SGBX today. It's also nice as these things start trading at 3am CST so you can get a good idea very early in the morning. Some trading sites won't allow pre market trading though til 1-2 hrs before the open.
