Yep.

You would think it would be a bad thing when you check the SOS and it says "Revoked".

That's actually what you are looking for if you are buying shells in hopes of picking a winner. You want them abandoned.

Lazar (or any other custodian) doesn't not want a court battle. It's expensive and they may lose.
