JAvitt's stated NeuroRX employees are swamped with requests from the Expanded access paperwork and applications that currently takes days to process. Not to mention under EAP only certain the drug is restricted to certain hospitals and even certain doctors with a direct experience treating the condition

Under EUA they do not have that paperwork processing to do....people can get RLF-100 and the Hospital and doctors restrictions are removed. Meaning MANY more people can access the drug
