Yes good point, he could’ve also de-registered and just filed thru OTC markets for much much cheaper, but he didn’t. He filed 2 years of filings thru the SEC very fast and I can’t wait to find out why. Ill be here patiently waiting, really no reason to post now, we all know this is quietly getting loaded while we all wait for the news to drop.
