Well, you like that $1M IP value, don't you? BRTX(q)'s lawyers figured IP value at $50 - $100M, I believe. If BRTX(q) ever valued their IP as low as you say (which they may have), it was at a different time, and for a specific reason which was meant to be advantageous to declaring their main asset so low.
