They definitely have a plan in place that is rolling out over their agenda.

CLX is certainly on board with PASOs newly authorized share structure. This is all part of the master plan. If PASO unilaterally went on their own to do that, the LOI would have been terminated by CLX the very minute it took place.

The fact that it wasn’t terminated is pointing in the direction that the DA is coming and on track IMO
