He actually took over (2) shells that I'm aware of, that were fully SEC reporting and current at the time, MAGAA and GHAR. He turned around and flipped GHAR to the Chinese in about one month, for a $180K profit.

He may have to explore more deals like this in the future, if most of the old dark tickers are gone.
