AUDITING THREE(3) FULL quarters is a GIGANTIC and HORRIBLE job for the poor auditor guy in his basement (your CPA Boyle dude?), and will take ***MONTHS*** to be COMPLIANT with SEC and will CANCEL and UNWIND the LOI?

We ALL know this, right? We are not STUPID, right?
