That is just my opinion, but i think management should start to dismiss half of the management. you just need one person to dig a hole, and not 20, who are just watching.
If mine keeps closed you dont need so much high paid management. dimiss the half and give a NR out with a restart date in march 2021. one or two persons fight for acid supply contract, one or two are handle the testing well and one or two for other stuff. just my opinion
