I know someone said custodian play months ago but I think it was to unload 250 million shares their group had bought at .0001 and .0002 and then sell em at .0003-.0005 area after the huge volume spike it dropped back until recently someone started playing on it being a custodian play while the only thing that is out there i the update to OTC that has happened many times since 2015 when Charles went dark and left us all hanging. he did update the SOS a year or 2 ago but other then that and the otc nothing else I can see to really go on.
