Can someone please explain why interested parties shouldn't focus on NP, when his obvious and regularly demonstrated ineptitude is clearly a hindrance to both the CYDY's progress and the SP! How can any serious, current or potential shareholder, let alone the majority, be expected to simply accept the notion "CYDY will succeed in spite of NP's numerous shortcomings"?

At a market cap of nearly $2B, how is it not the duty of any BOD to mandate that the company's CEO demonstrate the level of competence resulting in the majority saying "This management, combined with the science and breadth of applications, makes the short and long term success inevitable!!"

Considering the science and it's potential, rather than the woefully pitiful, complicit, and enabling, "Don't worry the science will prevail", why doesn’t CYDY deserve a CEO with at a minimum, average competence?
