Why that is of no concern here with BRTXQ...

Totally different here with BRTXQ. That other stock got halted because of never filing a Form 15-12g to deregister their shares with the SEC and never reached out to the SEC to inform them of what they were doing.

BRTXQ doesn't need to file a Form 15-12g because they reached out to inform the SEC of what they were doing with filing for bankruptcy back when they indicated bankruptcy within their filing of their NT 10-K that was filed back on 03/31/2020 (Mar 31, 2020) below:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=14046078&guid=xX36UHoyW64-03h

To add, BRTXQ then began reflecting their transparency within their over 211 Court Dockets filed that's publicly indicated within the Pacer database that reflects the monthly financial status through their Monthly Operating Reports that are publicly filed with the court. I am very confident that we are fine here with BRTXQ, especially since they are nearing closure and expected to successfully emerge from bankruptcy in the near future.
