The Company approaches several investment banks/broker dealers, presents the company's information and the amount of money they want to raise in conjunction with the listing and then both parties negotiate terms and the company chooses a "Lead Broker" to sponsor us to NASDAQ and act as the lead on the financing (which must be done at a price no lower than the qualifying $3 share price).
