There are less than 900K shares in the system according to otcmarkets.com. Those shares are owned by associates of the CEO and they are not selling. That said, it seems the stock likes a current price in the $3 range. Coincidentally, $3 is the minimum price for Splash to qualify for the NASDAQ listing. With more positive news expected we should be a lock to qualify with little to no effort to condition the market.
