The good thing about a rs is @ approx $2 a share it can get moved off the otc board and onto the Nasdaq...

The potentially bad thing about a rs is the stock price may dwindle back down to the price it was before the rs. But you now own 10% of the amount you held before the rs..

We may believe in the company, but the masses don't know it from jack. And many investors don't care for a $2 stock anymore than a 20cent stock.
