In FACT out 113 speakers the only safety data that was submitted to FDA was by CV Sciences.

Also from the article: Additionally, to encourage businesses and others, the FDA is allowing data and other information to be submitted to the docket confidentially.

That's old news but it's important and is why I feel strongly that FDA should and may very well accept our GRAS backed by the 2 year study on adverse events based on over one million units sold.

I want to see FDA single us out as the right way to proceed.
We were first to GRAS as GW Pharm was first to drug. Give us Dietary Supplements and Food NOW and let everyone else play catch up.
